SSPM Apr'2010- Case6
A 63 year old male complained of right testicular enlargement since 3 months.

Note:
Right radical orchidectomy performed. The enlarged testis measured 6x5 x3cms.
Most of the substance was replaced by a non encapsulated lobulated solid pale
tan white tumor with focal areas of hemorrhage.
At the periphery compressed fibrillary testicular tissue was grossly unremarkable.
The spermatic cord was unremarkable.
Two sections from the testis (6A & 6B).
Case to be discussed by Raheja Hospital / K.J. Somaiya Medical College.
