A 67 year old female presented with ascitis and scan showed omental nodules.

Note:
The cystic enlarged ovary submitted measured 6 x5x2cms.The wall was papery
thin and inner lining smooth. Upon the serosal aspect, small nodules and
plaques varying from 0.2-1cms were noted. Minute deposits were also present
on the tubal surface.
One H & E stained slide provided.
