50 years female presented with right nasal obstruction since 6-7 months and bleeding off & on.
Operative findings- Well encapsulated ,ass completely filling right maxillary antrum, nasal cavity, nasopharynx.

neuroblastoma
It shows a sarcoma.
Solitary fibrous tumor?
Synovial sarcoma? (more likely)
Malignant fibrous histiocytoma?
the cells have a neuroid appearance (comma shaped nuclei). would favor a neural origin tumor. Immunostains (s100,gfap and molecular studies)
Olfactory Neuroblastoma
i think it's a nasal polype
Olfactory Neuroblastoma should be excluded
