8 years old female - We received blocks for second opinion.
No history.
Gross findings mentioned: Lobectomy soecimen measuring 6.5 x. 6 x 7.5 cms. Pleura show whitish firm area in one aspect and corresponding lung surface shows nodularity. Cutting through main bronchus a fairly circumscribed grey white growth measuring 6.5 x 5.5x 5.5 cms is seen. Growth is at a distance of 3 cm from the resected margin of the bronchus.
