FNA from an abdominal wall mass
25 years old woman presented with an abdominal wall mass. She has a history of previous ceserian section. Fine neelde aspiration was done for smear cytology.

Note:
The fluid aspirated appeared dark brown and thick.

Cytologic examination of CSF showed highly cellular fluid with abundance of large, pleomorphic cells with increased N:C ratio. The nuclei were eccentrically place and had large macronuceoli.
