Testicular nodule
43-year-old man with testicular swelling.
Procedure: Right orchiectomy.
Gross: 11mm well-circumscribed, yellow-tan nodule near tunica albuginea.
Micro: Sheets of large and polygonal cells with eosinophilic cytoplasm. The nuclei are round with a single prominent nucleolus. Mitotic rate is low (less than 1/10HPF). There is no evidence of hemorrhage or necrosis.
