A 45 year old male with a small dural based mass
Incidental finding of a small dural based mass, 1.5 x 1.0 x1.0 cm in an autopsy performed on a 45 year old male. The mass was firm, solid and whitish on cut surface. Scrapes prepared and stained by Papanicolou stain.

Comments
I see the smear is hypercellular with numerous separate cells on background, a feature that should raise the suspicion of atypical or malignant meningeoma.
