Colon Polyps.

29-year-old female with colon obstruction secondary to a sigmoid mass. A long history of intermittent abdominal pain.

Procedure: Resection left colon and sigmoid colon.

Gross: The colonic mucosa shows two small polypoid lesions, measuring 0.5 and 0.6 cm. in greatest dimension.

Histological pictures show congested ulcerated intestinal mucosa with acute & chronic inflammatory infiltrates in the mucosa ,submucosa which is consistent with
inflammtory pseudopolyp.
