The slide was scanned at a native magnification of 20X. If you are seeing pixellation at 40X, that's because 40X is a digital zoom from the native 20X.
CD1a can highlight islands of Langerhans cell histiocytosis cells.

Langerhans histiocytosis? (I have never seen it in the heart though). Also, maybe eosinophilic myocarditis. Chagas is possible, but no organisms seen in myocytes (also, no neutrophils). Nice case, but high power scan is somewhat pixellated.
