Pleo.RMS rare in young age, Think Pleo.leio,liposarcoma or MFH

Pleomorphic Rhabdomyosarcoma is very rare tumor in children and adolescents. and in fact this occurs exclusively in adults. microscopically the tumor cells are very pleomorphic with numerous tumor giant cell so we can not exclude MFH and pleo liposarc unless incontrovertible evidence of skeletal muscle differentiation is find by morphology , IHC and Em.
beside we should be concern about 3 usual pifall :
1. entrapped non-neoplastic muscle
2.release of myoglobin from necrotic muscle
3. MPNST, Malignant thymoma , MMMT, malignant germ cell tumor wilm's tumor with muscle differentiation.
