Comments
I think it's two lesions the first is a metastatic melanoma superimposed on a vascular lesion- a hemangioma
Is the patient immunosuppressed/immunodeficient? Otherwise this tumor can suggest a vascular origin (cd31) but I'm not too sure of a Kaposi's sarcoma . Really rare angiosarcomas can express S100 positivity in a spotty way (anyways the thorotrast or MVC exposure history could help)
D/D Kaposi's sarcoma, Angisarcoma etc.
