History:
62-year-old right-handed female who had some complaints in her left upper extremity which ultimately led her to have an imaging workup. The MRI showed a right pericentral ring-enhancing mass.
Note:
Pathology: Hypercellular infiltrative tumor composed of mildy pleomorphic cells with atypical hyperchromatic nuclei.
Mitoses are readily identified. There is pseudopalisading necrosis and vascular endothelial proliferation. IHC shows a very high MIB-1 labeling index (40%).
