63-year-old female with right frontal tumor.

Brain tumor.
History:
63-year-old female presented with left gaze deviation and left arm droop followed by tonic-clonic seizure. Imaging workup revealed a T2 bright essentially nonenhancing right frontal and cingulate lesion. Patient underwent right frontal craniotomy for resection of tumor.
Note:
Microscopic examination shows a hypercellular tumor infiltrating gray matter with perineuronal sattelitoses. Neoplastic cells contain scant to abundant cytoplasm (gemistocytes). Nuclei are atypical and hyperchromatic. Mitoses are present.
No necrosis or vascular proliferation.
