This meningioma infiltrates the dura mater extensively. There is nuclear pleomorphism and rare mitotic figures. There is no necrosis. The frequency of mitotic figures is insufficient to classify this neoplasm as atypical, but close follow-up is warranted to evaluate for future recurrence in this case.
