Microscopic Photo. A tubular adenoma with proliferation of neoplastic tubules. The neoplastic glands are lined by hyperchromatic glandular epithelium with elongated nuclei and reduced cytoplasmic mucin production. Surface villous architecture formation is noted. H&E Stain.
