Cytology showing clusters of cohesive tumor cells with hyperchromasia, clumped chromatin, and prominent nucleoli. Pap Stain.

H&E Stain shows irregular tumor glands.

IHC Stain is positive for CK 7 (Image 3974211341) and TTF-1 (Image 3974211423).

History:
Left lung mass and brain metastases.
