Neck Mass
3 year old boy with a posterior neck mass.
Gross: The specimen is consists of multiple pink-tan, firm, irregular tissue fragments, measuring 0.1 to 0.4 cm. in greatest dimension. All submitted with decalcification.
Micro: Sections show fragments of ghost cells with no visible epithelial component. Patchy fibrosis, calcifications, areas of ossifications, and giant cell proliferation are present. H&E Stain.
