Procedure: colonoscopy with polypectomy.

Gross: a pink polypoid tissue fragment measuring 0.9 cm.

Ive never seen one of these before.

75-year-old female with chronic cholecystitis, abdominal pain, and gallstone.

Procedure: Laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

Gross: The gallbladder contains about 30 cc.
