40-year-old female with recurrent tumor implants in peritonium, sigmoid colon, and Cul-de-sac with vriable sizes ranging from 1 to 15 cm. About 2 years ago, she had a 6 cm.

Incidental finding in the left ovarian ligament:
70 year-old woman with well-differentiated endometrial adenocarcinoma. Radical hysterectomy is performed.

A 67 year old female presented with ascitis and scan showed omental nodules.
