55 year old male presented with impaired hearing, headache with blurring of the vision and imbalance on the right side while walking since 3 months.
50 year old female presented with a history of increasing right sided abdominal pain since two days, low grade fever since a day and one episode of vomiting.
14 year old male presented with a progressive left forehead swelling noticed 3 weeks ago which was mildly tender.
CT scan showed a large osteolytic soft tissue mass in the left frontal region.

40 year male underwent an upper GI endoscopy for long standing dyspepsia. A small yellowish plaque-like lesion was seen in the esophagus at 30 cm.
