Procedure: radical orchiectomy.

Gross: The enlarged testis measures 8 x 6 x 4 cm. and entirely replaced by a tan homogeneous solid tumor.

3-year-old boy with unilateral undescended testicle.

Procedure: Groin exploration with orchiectomy.
