Negative: CK, Vimentin, S-100, HMB-45, PLAP, Chromogranin, MOC-31, WT-1, CEA, EMA, Desmin, HepPar-1, CD-31, CD-34, CD-10.

32-year-old male with a large testicular mass.

Procedure: radical orchiectomy.

Gross: The enlarged testis measures 8 x 6 x 4 cm. and entirely replaced by a tan homogeneous solid tumor.
