68 yo male admitted for evaluation of lumbar pain of 1 month duration. Imaging discloses a large solid mass, mesuring 9 cm, at the upper part of the right kidney, invading the inferior vena cava.
22-year-old female with gross hematuria.
Cystoscopic exam shows a very large mass at the dome of the bladder.
32-year-old male with a large testicular mass.
Procedure: radical orchiectomy.
Gross: The enlarged testis measures 8 x 6 x 4 cm. and entirely replaced by a tan homogeneous solid tumor.
77-year-old male with bladder cancer and right renal tumor. Right radical nephrectomy is performed.
A young man with enlarged left testis and elevated serum beta hCG.
Procedure: radical orchiectomy.
