Microscopic Photo. Rectal polyp biopsy showing proliferation of islands and sheets of monotonous cells in laminar propria. Surface denudation of colon mucosa is also noted. H&E Stain.

54-year-old male with acute appendicitis.

Procedure: laparoscopic appendectomy.

CK 20 Positive

NSE Positive, patchy
