Incidental finding in the left ovarian ligament:
70 year-old woman with well-differentiated endometrial adenocarcinoma. Radical hysterectomy is performed.

The myometrium exhibits an angiolipoleiomyoma, leimyomata with hyaline and cystic degeneration (14.5 cm in greatest dimension) and adenomyosis.
