60 years female came with urinary symptoms. On USG abdominal mass. We received nepharectomy specimen with perinephric fat and Gerota's fascia measuring 15 x 7 x 6 cms.

Clinical Diagnosis - left frontoparafalcine glioma.
MRI : s/o left frontal solid cystic ICSOL.

8 years old female - We received blocks for second opinion.
No history.
Gross findings mentioned: Lobectomy soecimen measuring 6.5 x. 6 x 7.5 cms.
