36-year-old female has a nonfunctioning right kidney with hydronephrosis.
Procedure: Right radical nephrectomy.
Gross: The specimen is received in OR and consistent with a resected kidney with
77-year-old male with bladder cancer and right renal tumor. Right radical nephrectomy is performed.
tumor composed of histiocytes, lymphocytes, plasma cells arranged in sheets and sinusoidal structures. Histiocytes show emperipolesis of lymphocytes and plasma cells
45-year-old female with left renal tumor and ventral hernia.
Procedure: Radical nephrectomy and distal pancreatectomy.
Gross: The specimen consists of a resected kidney with surrounding perirena
60 years female came with urinary symptoms. On USG abdominal mass. We received nepharectomy specimen with perinephric fat and Gerota's fascia measuring 15 x 7 x 6 cms.
