Sarcoma

Low to moderate cellularity neoplasm, composed of bland spindle-shaped cells with small hyperchromatic oval nuclei, finely clumped chromatin and one to several small nucleoli.

At low power, the lesion has a "marbled" appearance, with alternating areas of high and low cellularity.
