13 years old girl with history of anterior chest wall mass with cervical, axillary and inguinal lymphandenopathy. the CT show the chest wall mass invades sternum and there are hilar lymphadenopathy.

Bone marrow biopsy of the left posterior superior iliac crest shows hypercellular marrow with extensive lymphoblastic infiltrate consistent with previously diagnosed acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
