Frozen section consultation diagnosis: mucinous carcinoma, R/O metastatic colon adenocarcinoma.

60-year-old female with weight loss, multiple pelvic masses, ascites, and possible omental caking. Hx. of colon cancer.

This is a papillary clear cell carcinoma with a high degree of vascularity. The CD-10, vimentin, cytokeratin (AE 1/3), and EMA all stain positively.
