65-year-old female anemia unresponsive to therapy.

12-day-old female with 23 weeks of gestation and anemia.

Procedure: Peripheral blood for CBC.

An elderly male in his 70s developed anemia and progressive weakness.

Lab Findings: SEPE showing an M-spike; IFE revealing markedly elevated IgG; and abnormal UEPE.

Procedure: Bone marrow biopsy

17-year-old Hispanic female with 31 wks of pregnancy. She was admitted for UTI, pyelonephritis, and hypoxemia.
