Right proximal tibia, a surface tumor mass on the posterior side of a bone, metaphyseal, seems to encircle the tibial bone. Wide excision of a tumor.

Gross: The specimen consists of a pink-tan, lobulated, irregular tissue fragment measuring 2.6 x 2.2 x 1.5 cm. Representative sections are submitted.
60-year-old female with recent history of hospitalized because of a mass in her left fifth rib. She underwent wide excision of the rib lesion. She has no fevers or chills.
78 year old, female, Sacrum. Papillary neoplasm invading spine, sacrum, and iliac crest.

X-ray exam: The exam demonstrates marked narrowing of the medical joint spece with sclerotic and lucent changes.
