Procedure: Excisional biopsy:
Gross: The specimen consists of a resected skin ellipse, measuring 2 x 1.8 cm. in size with a thickness of 1.2 cm.

This is a papillary clear cell carcinoma with a high degree of vascularity. The CD-10, vimentin, cytokeratin (AE 1/3), and EMA all stain positively.
