39-year-old male with chronic sinusitis and osteomyelitis. Intranasal debridement of medial wall of maxillary sinus was performed.
This malignant neoplasm is composed of large neoplastic lymphocytes. CD45, CD20, and CD45RO stains are positive. CD3 staining is negative.
