35-year-old female with right thyroid mass.

Procedure: total thyroidectomy.

Micro photos (H&E stain). Cytology photos (PAP stain).

35-year-old female with right thyroid lobe mass.

Procedure: U/S guided FNA.

Micro: Please find your favorate intranuclear cytoplasmic pseudoinclusions and nuclear grooves. PAP stain.

32-year-old male with a large testicular mass.

Procedure: radical orchiectomy.

Gross: The enlarged testis measures 8 x 6 x 4 cm. and entirely replaced by a tan homogeneous solid tumor.

Cytologic examination of CSF showed highly cellular fluid with abundance of large, pleomorphic cells with increased N:C ratio. The nuclei were eccentrically place and had large macronuceoli.

30-year-old male with a 6.6 cm.

40-year-old male with a solid 10 cm. mass in left lung. History of a long-term heavy smoker for 13 years.

Procedure: CT-guided fine needle biopsy.

Micro: Numerous tumor cells are noted.
