Procedure: CT guided needle biopsy.
Gross: The specimen consists of 2 tan cylindrical needle core biopsy tissue fragments measuring 1.5 and 1.7 cm.

An elderly woman in her 70s with a firm neck mass.
Procedure: Surgical resection of a firm submandibular gland mass.
Micro: see photos (2X to 20X), H&E stain.
What is your diagnosis ? ? ?

Immunohistochemical stains were performed and support the diagnosis. The inflammatory cells are leukocyte common antigen/CD-45 positive and AE1/3 negative.
